Joe Alwyn joins Joel Edgerton"s gay conversion therapy film Boy Erased





Joel Edgerton has recruited Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk star Joe Alwyn for his next film.

For the follow-up to his directorial debut, The Gift, Edgerton is serving as writer and director on Boy Erased, a coming-of-age and coming-out drama based on Garrard Conley’s Boy Erased: A Memoir
